• Generate AI-powered email responses
• Connect and manage multiple email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP/SMTP)
• Manage and respond to Google Business Profile reviews
• Access unified inbox for all communications
• Use multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. User Content

• All email responses you send through the Service
• Ensuring your content doesn't infringe on third-party rights
• Reviewing AI-generated responses before sending
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 License to Use Your Content

By creating content through ReplyPilot, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI tools may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated responses before sending. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Waldok Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

7. Email Integration

When you connect your email accounts to ReplyPilot:

• You must comply with your email provider's Terms of Service
• You grant us permission to read and send emails on your behalf
• You are responsible for all emails sent through the Service
• You can disconnect your email accounts at any time
• We are not responsible for changes to email provider APIs or policies

Gmail, Outlook, and other email providers are trademarks of their respective owners. ReplyPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, or any email provider.

8. Payment & Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

8.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@replypilot.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated content will meet your requirements
• Defects will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALDOK SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or system failures
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waldok Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
